Mandisa Hardy - Founder & CEO of H&S Ultra Cleaning Group

Mandisa Hardy is the Founder and CEO of H&S Ultra Cleaning Group, but her journey into entrepreneurship didn’t begin with a business plan—it began with motherhood, service, and heart.

What started as a simple way to earn income doing something she genuinely enjoyed quickly became something much bigger. As Mandisa cleaned homes, she began to see the real impact of her work. Busy families gained time back. Individuals who could no longer physically clean regain peace of mind. Others learned what a clean, organized space could feel like for the first time. Watching the stress lift when people walked into a freshly cleaned home changed everything for her. That moment of relief—the calm, the clarity—stuck with her. She realized cleaning wasn’t just a task; it was an act of service.

Driven by that realization, Mandisa made the decision to turn her work into a business so she could extend that service to more people and, in the process, build something meaningful for her family and her community.

At her core, Mandisa leads with integrity, faith, discipline, and a people-over-profit mindset. As a Christian, her faith shapes how H&S Ultra Cleaning Group operates—from how clients are treated to how team members are supported. She believes a business should do more than generate revenue; it should strengthen the community it serves. To her, a clean space creates peace of mind, reduces stress, boosts productivity, and restores a sense of calm—and that matters.

As a leader, Mandisa is intentionally flexible. She understands that people are different, and effective leadership isn’t one-size-fits-all. Some team members need coaching and patience, others need directness and structure. Getting to know her team, meeting them where they are, and helping them grow is a priority. She believes great teams are built through trust, clarity, and accountability—not fear.

Community impact is a central part of the company’s mission. Mandisa is proud to partner with Cleaning for a Reason, providing free cleanings to cancer patients in need. Giving back isn’t an afterthought—it’s embedded in how the business shows up.

Above all, Mandisa is a mother of five, a woman business owner, and a builder of opportunity. Five years from now, her goal isn’t just to be known for clean homes and offices, but for the love, work ethic, service, and dedication H&S Ultra Cleaning Group brings to the community—and for the real, lasting impact that work makes in people’s lives.
